Camp Inc. at Steamboat Mountain School

Did you know that each summer, teens from around the world travel to Colorado to learn about business and entrepreneurship right here at Steamboat Mountain School?  A few days after our students finish school in early June, we lease our property to a specialty overnight camp called the Camp Inc. Business Academy.
Camp Inc. is a program of the Boulder JCC, and enrolls 120 campers from around the world, all entering 6th to 12th graders, who come to Steamboat for either 2.5 or 5 week sessions to learn about coding, how to launch a startup, finance & investing, or marketing & design. It is a very interactive program that involves learning from business mentors and getting backstage tours of businesses in Steamboat, Denver, and Boulder.
Last summer, several members of our local business community participated in the program, including Dave Pepin from Backcountry Deli, Butch Boucher from Moots, Chris Tamucchi from Honey Stinger, John Moyer from Founders Corner, Eric Deering from Steamboat Powdercats, Jim Schneider from Steamboat Ski Resort, Winnie DelliQuadri from the city of Steamboat, and more!
