The start of a new school year!

Our whole school community marked the beginning of this school year with one of our traditions- the bell ceremony.
The seniors led the tradition by reading this:
The bell that we ring today is a symbol of the continuity of our school and the common bond that joins us.  A bell has resonated on this campus from the beginning of the school in 1957. When the Main Building burned down in 1977, the remains of the original bell were preserved and still occupy this important space.  At the heart of our community, this bell connects us to the roots of our school and heralds our way into each new adventure.

Today, we ring the bell to celebrate the start of a new school year. Each new school year offers us the opportunity to grow as individuals and as a community. We come together for a common purpose - to share in our triumphs, to demonstrate support for our community, and to embrace the boundless opportunities inherent in a new school year.

Life is a dream; realize it.
Life is a challenge; meet it.
Life is a promise; fulfill it.
Life is a struggle; accept it.
Life is an adventure; dare it.
Life is a goal; achieve it.
