Steamboat Mountain School Community Dinner Menu

Chefs Andy and Eric prepared an amazing meal for the school community. Everyone enjoyed Herb Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with a Shallot and Dried Fruit Balsamic Compote, and a Tomato, Cucumber, and Artichoke Heart Salad with Fresh Mozzarella with a Verde Sauce and Warm Flatbread.

One of the hallmarks of Steamboat Mountain School is the incredible food that is cooked fresh daily. Once a week, the community comes together to enjoy a family style dinner. This week we dined on spinach salad with grapefruit, cranberry, and sunflower seeds with an avocado lime vinaigrette. The main course was roasted pork with a raspberry glaze served with tempura fried butternut squash, scalloped potatoes, and whole wheat bread. The treat of the week was a fresh pound cake with salted caramel ice cream.
